The Scan Pass is a single $5 payment — not a subscription, no renewal, nothing to cancel.

14-day money-back guarantee
If a Scan Pass doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If none of the 25 scans have been used yet, that's a full refund. If some have already been spent — each one live-fetching a plugin's releases and forum threads and permanently adding it to the free tracked set — we refund the unused portion.
A scan that fails for any reason (invalid slug, network error, plugin not found on wordpress.org) never uses a credit in the first place, so it never affects a refund either.
How to request a refund
Email hello@utilityhouse.xyz with your order id, or reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the refund link on that receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
If mandatory consumer law in your country (including EU/UK distance-selling withdrawal rights) gives you stronger protections than this policy, those protections apply. Nothing here limits them.
Abuse
We may refuse refunds for clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-refund cycling by the same buyer.
